From those I am leading ? 100% he is in
The other I do not care as those are someone backordered
before deadline.

And I know you must have changed something because
last couple of month when I was backordering after deadline
Pool caught me a lot and you only those which has been 
backordered before deadline. Now suddenly last 1 week or so
 you catch a lot and get me without auction and Pool almost nothing.
Also you stopped $9 pendingdelete sales all are now $59
(if I thought those are worth $59 I would have backordered them)

There were SOME change and now checking stats
seems MAY 11th when I suddenly started getting
couple of pendingdelete domains without auction
every day (those which till then were always caught 
by Pool as I backordered it after deadline)
But no Halvarez, I got it straight, no auction
84 domains - not a single Halvarez.
And now suddenly I have 3 with Halvarez
Luckily two of them are at registrars which
are difficult to transfer domains from so I will 
not bid on them anyway

which you did not do previously...I have proof for it, numbers,

Bellow is list of 84 domains I got since May 11th
all pendingdelete, all backordered AFTER deadline
all got immediately without auction.

Before (since I am using this account - in about 40 days)
only five. All the rest has been caught by Pool (66 domains)

And for example in June - only 8 caught by Pool 39 by you
(again - pending delete, after deadline, no auction)

Till now since April 1 there was not a SINGLE auction
where I would be leader with halvarez behind. Till now.
It can NOT be just by coincidence...

I understand how it works EXCEPT that Halvarez ALWAYS backorders:
only Pendingdelete
only after deadline
after backorder attempts to delete his backorder
system allows him to delete all which nobody backordered yet
and those backordered after deadline are not considered backordered
so it would allow him to delete

Anyway, the quesiton now is:
someone backorders pendingdelete before deadline
what is the LATEST time I can backorder at to be added to
that auction ?  noon PDT should logically get me in...?

What I like at Namejet is given deadline. No backorders after certain time.
Also before deadline I can delete anything I want. 

So I usually backorder 50 crappy but at first sight good looking domains, 
all cockroaches who just spy on another people backorders have to go through it, 
10-20 domains gets even backordered and I delete myself 2 minutes before deadline

BTW at Snap I can delete any pendingdelete backordered after deadline
and not yet dropped/caught that's what I meant

which I backordered there. It was NOT happening before...

And that's what I said Halvarez is doing:
backorders late, deletes. All gets deleted EXCEPT
all domains someone else backordered. And it always
worked according this theory till those yesterday's 3 
auctions - first time happened in 3 month and I have
no explanation for this and we are circle-jerking
around it...

There is no paranoia ONCE there is explanation for
statistically improbable repeating phenomenona such
as Halvarez in every auction never at first place.
And the explanation worked very well TILL YESTERDAY

but nothing...it's MONDAY.DNS1.OREGONNAMES.COM
so it should be on the market, no ?

That's not true - those 84 domains I sent you yesterday ALL have been
backordered after deadline and you got me all of them WITHOUT AUCTION,
so your explanation does not explain this fact...

I am just looking for logical explanation of illogical phenomenas.

You claim Halvarez does not need to delete because what's backordered
after deadline you do not got for it. I give you example of 84 domains
I backordered after deadline and you got them for me (and it was NOT 
happening till around May 11 and increased in June). So your claim
is not exact.  For many month all these domains was getting Pool
for me - suddenly you started getting them for me (and Pool
gets only little), so SOMETHING has changed and you do not want 
tell me what.

You might think it does not matter who gets them for me but it does.
There is lots of crap I backorder (and I am not able to predict which ones)
but in average the ROI is ecceptable. If something breaks the balance, 
someone starts cherrypicking - like Halvarez suddenly  appearing where I s
hould get it without auction or Oversee taking the domain instead of me
(like westcoastdrugs.com) it will kill the ROI completely.

Have you ever wondered why so many people is backordering after deadline ?
Well - that's because of Halvarez of course...we have private forum where is lots
of everyday Snapnamers and we discuss these things...
